World Tourism
Day Celebration
“Travelling – it leaves you speechless,
then turns you into a storyteller.” – Ibn Battuta
A Special Assembly was conducted by
Class III B on September 27, 2021 to commemorate World Tourism Day. The little
zealous travellers of III B advocated travel to enrich one’s life and made the
entire assembly replete with messages for the tourist in us. Along with the usual
features of an assembly, there was a mesmerising Mime Show on etiquettes to be
followed, a song to spread the joys of meeting new people and an exhilarating
virtual tour of top 5 destinations of the world. Students enriched everyone’s
knowledge by sharing some amazing facts on tourism and tourist destinations. They
were amazed to see the photographs of their family visits to different places
during the happier times.

the occasion.
The assembly was very enriching and entertaining.

The assembly opened with an enlightening presentation on the divine life and eternal wisdom of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The young learners beautifully conveyed His profound messages of truth, compassion, humility, and selfless service to humanity.
