WORLD
NATURE CONSERVATION DAY (MIDDLE WING)
Conservation
means the wise use of the earth and its resources for the lasting good of men.
To make
the students aware of the importance of conservation of nature is the most
urgent need of today. The students of class VII B presented their informative
and thoughtful assembly on the occasion of Nature Conservation Day. World
Nature Conservation Day is celebrated on 28 July every year with the aim to
save the plants and animals that are on the verge of getting extinct.
Along
with the regular features, the students presented a street play, a
self-composed poem, a dance, and a melodious song to deliver the message to
preserve nature from all toxic things in the environment and harmful human
activity.
The Peer
Educators from Classes VI to VIII were given their badges by the members of the
Health and Wellness, and the Leadership Team. Ms. Arpita Acharya, Principal
(off) addressed the students and congratulated all the peer educators.
