In sync with the theme, ‘Farm To Table’, students of class UKG did the Dough Making Activity followed by making of Roti. These activities helped them to understand the series of processes the wheat grains undergo once they are ground into flour and reach our kitchen.
The students were given
flour which they kneaded into dough. Each student was given the chance to make
small balls out of the dough and then use rolling pins to make small chapattis.
The students were thrilled as they were helped by the class teacher to make
round chapattis on the cooking top.
